Leadership and senior-level professional services activities, Neela Seenandan focuses her efforts on talent management and acquisition, as well as broader human resources areas.
Before launching her career in human resources, Neela Seenandan received a bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK. Possessing a postgraduate diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she began her career in executive search at Michel Page. Subsequently, she served as an executive search and selection consultant with Nicholson International in Prague and Foster Partners in New York City. She then spent six years as a manager with McKinsey & Company in Chicago, where she worked her way up to director of recruiting and professional development.
More recently, Neela Seenandan served as the global head of human resources at Aon Corporation, where she recruited several senior level executives to the company. After Aon acquired Benfield in 2008, she oversaw the firm’s global integration of the new Aon Benfield entity.
Outside of her professional activities, Neela Seenandan supports various charitable organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the Avon Walk to End Breast Cancer, and Summit for Someone. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
